First, one should be able to introduce the account where one’s taking the money and then the account where the money needs to be transferred. At the moment it is completely upside down, very strange. I mean, when you want to take some beans from a pot and put them in another pot you don’t go to the pot where you want to put the beans first and go afterwards to the pot where the beans are located, isn’t it. But they called me back within hours and we cleared all issues. Thank you! 🙏🙏 ### 4/5 — Not the best exchange rates but *2019-04-19* the app does what it's supposed to do. Yea, would be very nice to autofill card details or Apple pay. Transfergo has better rate, but I'll stick with opal. Customer service is good. Wrong typed the IBAN twice since I use it and they contacted me in a few hours by phone or email. Don't expect fast transfers. It's cheap, safe and customer service is ok.
