There appears to be a commercial dispute in progress, with both sides vying to be the least professional. Maybe ditch the apps altogether and go back to paying by card while they sort this out. Update: this is a scam. Cellopark is NOT moving to opark. Do not install this app! Can’t log in. Can’t recover password. Totally broken. Apparently Cellopark is about to force all Brisbane parking over to this app. A lot of people are going to have fun battling this app when parking for the Boxing Day sales! ### 1/5 — Scam *2024-12-23, version 2.0.4* Fraudulent ### 1/5 — Privacy Breach - AVOID! *2024-12-23* Reddit has copies of the emails that have been sent to Cellopark users in the last week or so regarding OPark. Opark have taken your details but then Cellopark refuse to answer questions, and have clearly breached Australian privacy laws. They seem to think a simple “sorry for the inconvenience” is acceptable. Disgusting conduct. Took nearly 30 min and over 10 goes to work. Change of location after 30 min. Glad didn’t get fined today like has happened before. Once off would be random.
