Tried using for over a year. Never had any jobs listed. I think this app stopped being supported long ago

Loved the old version of OpAlert/OpBill. The new app is too dark and the dates are displayed with one digit per line is very difficult to read. Also at a glance it no longer shows the patient’s last name for the case like it did before, which was very easy to identify if you needed to go back and edit and also to keep track of which cases had been processed and paid - now it only shows the date and item number.

Would help if there was desktop version and number to call for support/more customer service 
Would also be helpful to have option to upload sticker instead of taking a pic 
Sometimes entering code causes app to shut down
Having some kind of email/ reassurance that entering sensitive info/ bank details  will be kept private would be good

OpAlert is awesome. What a great idea. Looking forward to watching this grow!!! Australia has been waiting for something like this!
