can’t register an account or make a payment, but at least you have a link to your Facebook, Maps, FAQ, and “channels” (whatever those are)! You delivered on everything other than what the app was intended for, that certainly takes an impressive amount of commitment!

Terrible app. No login . No payment or water use info.  Waste of time.
