I signed up for a free trial and cancelled it, but I was still charged repeatedly for multiple months (~600,000 VND each time). The charges: • Do NOT go through Apple • Continue even after cancellation • Are extremely difficult to stop or get refunded Total loss: over 2,400,000 VND This is not a normal subscription experience.
