Auf mittlerer Strecke sind auf der Uhr doppelt so viele Kilometer angezeigt wie auf dem iPhone ( welches ein hohe Übereinstimmung mit dem eingebauten Schrittzähler hat ). Als ich sechs Kilometer gelaufen bin, zeigte die Uhr 23! Kilometer an… keine Ahnung, woran das liegt; aber ich würde mich natürlich über eine Anpassung der Software sehr freuen. Dafür finde ich die App echt praktisch. Ich habe nur noch nicht ganz verstanden, warum die App das Tracking manchmal selbstständig pausiert und welche Faktoren für das Pausieren verantwortlich sind. ### 2/5 — Great, but there’s a bug with filenames/filepaths *2026-05-19, version 1.10.1* I used to love this app, but it’s become really unreliable lately. For some reason, the ability to save gpx tracks as files works…then doesn’t work…then works again…then doesn’t work. I don’t know if it’s people screwing around with the code in GitHub, but it’s become too unreliable to use anymore. You just never know if you’re going to lose a day’s worth of data or not because the file won’t save. ### 4/5 — Great, but there’s a bug with filenames/filepaths *2026-04-11, version 1.10.1* This has been a great app for collecting gps x time data. I’ve been using it for a few years and don’t hesitate to recommend it. However I’ve noticed a bug which I hope someone can fix: - if I try to save a file with a filename (or filepath?) that is too long, the file doesn’t save and there is no error message to warn about this. I’ve lost 3 or 4 days worth of data this way. I’ve proved this to myself by: - saving with a long filename (file does not save) - editing the filename to something shorter (file saves as expected) You can verify a file has saved by: - saving the file - looking into the saved folder and checking my file exists - checking that a note shows it has saved recently ### 4/5 — Great app in general, but a little buggy *2026-01-24* I appreciate this well-designed, completely free GPX tracker, and it has worked perfectly for my needs. However, I have recently encountered a bug where the GPX file sometimes doesn’t save (I have set the app to save to an iCloud folder) and I have lost several tracks thanks to that. Luckily I don’t do anything super import with the app, otherwise this bug would be more than just a minor inconvenience. Other than that, this app is, in my opinion, the best GPS logging app out there. ### 4/5 — Missing speed information *2025-12-17, version 1.10.0* The app works well, may a delete confirmation will make it more secure. Reinstalled and all my old files were gone. This is the 1st time I encountered this problem. iOS 26.2. iPhone 13 Pro. Otherwise, good and clean app. No ads and no in-app purchases. Eine Neuinstallation brachte keine Abhilfe. Bitte den Big beseitigen, damit man die App wieder sinnvoll nutzen kann. I especially liked the ability to swap between two different file tiles. It even did background GPX recording, which is useful for tracking hikes or for backtracking when travelling. However, the app crashes and does not work on iOS 26, meaning that I cannot use the application anymore. I really wish the developer of this app would update it. It would also be nice if it were to support Apple offline (cached) maps. ### 4/5 — Brilliant *2025-10-26, version 1.9.0* Does what it says, really useful to confirm where you are on the open street map. One bug? Featurs? Seems to save file names twice. Option for bulk copying of tracks to another location would be useful, also bulk deletion. I had an issue recently where it stopped saving tracks. The watch app is quite good, very convenient to use and pretty easy on the battery. No issues tracking for 4-6 hours and still using the watch normally the entire day.
