## What is Open Hearts?

Open Heart gives people a calm place to share what is on their mind, browse public confessions, and connect with others through supportive interaction.

Browse the latest and trending posts, filter by categories such as relationships, family, school, regret, and life, and choose whether sensitive content should be visible. You can explore as a guest or sign in to participate more fully.

With an account, you can create anonymous or named confessions, react to posts, comment, request contact when allowed, manage your profile, and keep track of notifications in your inbox. Authors can follow their own submissions and see whether their confessions are pending or approved.

Open Heart also includes moderation tools for trusted staff. Admins and moderators can review pending confessions, manage reports, and help keep the community safe and respectful.
