## What is Open House Pro?

If hosting open houses is an important part of your business, you need this app! Take your Open House opportunities to the next level and set yourself apart to Sellers and new Contacts. Open House Pro provides Real Estate Agents with a great tool to Plan, Host, Follow Up, and Close Business. PLAN. Start with our standard To Do List and Customize it so you don’t forget any of the important steps to hosting an effective Open House. Include To Do items for post hosting and follow up to ensure you don’t forget anything. HOST. Capture Contact Leads with the Sign In form, which you personalize with your picture and information. Include a link to your Website to open quickly and share with your Contact. Your Profile page has information about you and a QR code with with your Virtual Business card. Use our standard background or select any picture on your iPad to customize the look of your Sign In form. After speaking with new contacts, you can “Pause” the Sign In process to add personal notes and follow up details to your captured leads. FOLLOW UP. When your Open House is finished, Open House Pro continues to show your To Do Items and adds all of the Contacts that signed in to your Open House. Review any personal notes you made and follow up with each lead via a phone call or with an email. Open House Pro includes functionality to launch the email app on your iPad and populate it with your personalized email template. Check off each Contact as you complete your follow up.  When your Contact leads become your Clients, Open House Pro can export to a spreadsheet so you can import your new Clients into your CRM. CLOSE!

This app and its data are stored only on your iPad to use as you choose. There are no third party accounts to create or additional fees required.

The app looks really nice and is great for functionality, but there is no way to add pertinent questions for the visitors when they sign in.  Please add this feature or I will request my $10 back.  Thank You!!

**Developer response:** Your are correct. This app focuses on planning your event and exchanging information with your new contacts. It includes open areas for you to type or dictate your insights and follow up items for each unique contact and not specific questions. Thank you for your feedback.
