Just open it, add an open house and register visitors on the iPad. Or print a QR Code flyer and show it at the Open for visitors to scan and sign in. Visitors can also text an 800 number with a code to sign in also. The automatic follow-up emails work great also. I’m in dialogue with two visitors from my last open already.
