I find myself going to LMS in the browser instead because it’s faster. Once the content’s actually loaded it’s a great app! Now it stopped opening my classes and will not stop loading. **Developer response:** We are sorry you are having problems with the app. Can you confirm you are using the most updated iOS and app version? ### 1/5 — Won’t Let Me Log In *2022-01-13, version 3.9.5* Every time I attempt to open this app, scroll, or click on anything, it comes up with a distorted version of the login page over and over and won’t let me continue even after I’ve logged in. ### 2/5 — Struggling *2022-01-11* I am having repeated difficulties going back in the app. For example once I select a tab to view an assignment I can’t return to what I was doing beforehand. I have to instead exit the app altogether ### 1/5 — Clunky & Disappointing *2021-08-20* I was surprised at how much I have disliked this app. I now don’t see any point in using it unless I couldn’t access Moodle on my browser or something. First, it is frustratingly slow and is not intuitive. Second, there overall appearance and interface is simply not appealing. It’s been like this for a month, I can’t use the app whatsoever. Before this I couldn’t get to certain classes and other information, it would only show some of my stuff. I have to use the browser now to be able to complete my work. It’s impossible to do the courses on. Everytime I open up the course menu it instructs me to rotate my device. Though matter what direction I move the device it remains stuck in this screen. It’s made it impossible to use and I have never experienced this in any other app in my 15 years of using iPhones. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2023-04-21, version 4.1.1* Terrible. Extremely buggy, slow, at times nonfunctional. Erases your work on assignments without submitting. At every click (EVERY click) the screen blanks out and locks up for several seconds. It's a far better experience to just access Moodle through the browser. The code must be an inefficient mess. It's embarassing this program was released. Hard to even call it a computer program. I don't know how this is allowed on the app store.
