The bank says:
 לאחר הורדת האפליקציה במסך הראשי - בחירה באפשרות של "לטפל בחשבון קיים">בחירה בהגדרת מספר נייד> "הגדרת מספר נייד לקבלת קוד אימות"> לאחר ההסבר, יש ללחוץ על כפתור "מעולה, אפשר להתחיל". בחר את סוג מספר הטלפון: מספר ישראלי מספר בינלאומי והמשך על פי השלבים. 
 Only problem.. this App does not give you the option to choose an International number. It defaults to an Israeli local mobile number only. Either the bank is wrong or this App is broken.

Can’t scan my ID, the instructions on how to scan are useless since even when following them, the app is not successful in scanning. It’s definitely the app, as I can easily scan with other apps.

Tried contacting the support, but the link leads to general page with no help options so had to post it to get it fixed (might)

Never have I experienced a worse app. It’s buggy, crashes constantly, and doesn’t even work. The laziness on display is reason enough to make me regret joining this bank. They clearly don’t care. What’s worse, the app is essential if you need to update your phone number - proving that whoever is responsible for this is both lazy and stupid.

It just doesn’t work. 
And there’s no tech support.

I can’t complete the process of opening the account because when I scan my ID, the computer incorrectly scans the date of issue of the ID, and I can’t change it manually.  I have tried about 10 times by now, and I keep getting the same problem.  Useless, as now I have to go to the bank in-person.
