## What is OpenArt?

Projekt "OpenArt – Sztuka współczesna dla wszystkich" został sfinansowany przez Narodowe Centrum Badań i Rozwoju w ramach programu Innowacje Społeczne.

Celem projektu jest stworzenie multimedialnego przewodnika po dziełach sztuki współczesnej w oparciu o projektowanie uniwersalne. Dzięki zastosowaniu zasad projektowania uniwersalnego przewodnik dostępny jest dla wszystkich zwiedzających muzeum bez względu na niepełnosprawność czy (nie)znajomość języka. Przewodnik składa się z filmów, które dostępne są z napisami w języku polskim i angielskim oraz z tłumaczeniem na polski język migowy. Dzięki temu, że opisy dzieł zawierają informacje o ich wyglądzie, przewodnik może służyć również osobom niewidomym i słabowidzącym. Projekt bazuje na zasadzie Bring your own device (z ang. "weź ze sobą własne urządzenie") – odbiorcy opisywanych w przewodniku dzieł sztuki korzystają z własnych smartfonów lub tabletów. Przewodnik może być wykorzystywany zarówno przez zwiedzających muzeum, jak i przez osoby nie znajdujące się fizycznie w muzeum, lecz po prostu zainteresowane jego zbiorami.
