cuando te piden dos formas de verificacion por cualquier cosa que haves una ves dentro del app me parece exagerado. Ahora mismo no puedo operar porque no me llegan los sms. Lo he intentado todo y he hablado con 8 personas. Ninguna me
puede ayudar. Ya por fin tengo mi nueva clave de firma pero sigo sin
poder operar porque tambien hay que recibir un SMS que nunca me llega.
Cuando intento cambiar mi numero de telefono en Estados Unidos no me deja poner el prefijo de estados unidos. Lo marco y se me cambia al de Canada que es tambien el +1.
Despues le doy aceptar y me sale un error.

The App takes too much time to load, even between operations within the app there is waiting time, it is not that intuitive for certain commands you want to carry out, I have also found that it doesn’t work in many occasions. The bank itself is not great either, international transfer take over three days.
