OpenbayASP notifies me when someone requires service in my area and allows me to quickly send a quote for maintenance, repair or diagnosis right from my phone.  Once I send a quote, I follow up with the customer to see if they have any questions or need assistance scheduling an appointment on the Openbay Platform.  Great app that allows me to grow my business from the comfort of my couch using nothing but my thumbs.
