## What is OpenDoors?

Dispatch System is a business operations app for warehouse dispatch, inventory management, and gate verification. It is built for authorized users within an organization, including administrators, warehouse managers, sales managers, and security personnel.

WAREHOUSE & DISPATCH
• View and process pending orders
• Validate quantities and assign vehicles
• Generate dispatch gate-pass QR codes
• Track dispatch history and operational status

SECURITY & GATE CONTROL
• Scan QR codes at exit points to verify dispatches
• Log gate activity and arrival records
• Support controlled warehouse exit workflows

SALES & ADMINISTRATION
• Create and manage orders
• View usable stock and product information
• Manage customers and operational records (role-based)
• Receive notifications for orders, dispatches, and approvals

ACCOUNT & PRIVACY
• Sign in with credentials provided by your organization
• Optional biometric login on supported devices
• Update profile and security settings
• Delete your account in-app from More → Delete Account

IMPORTANT
Dispatch System is not a consumer app. Access is provided by your organization administrator. Camera access is used only for QR code scanning during gate verification. Notifications are used for operational alerts relevant to your role.
