Can’t this company get itself together? Don’t you test updates before you roll them out on the market? You can enter an amount and a short description and then swipe the card, get a signature and email a receipt. That is it, so in the sense of functionality it does what it's supposed to. There appears to be zero customization. No editing business name, address phone etc... No importing logo or item images, no setting up inventory items.
