Immediately I noticed that when you click on a specific camera, the footage is not streaming anymore but now it’s as if it takes a screenshot every 2 to 3 seconds and shows you that. The second big issue that I have with the update is half of the cameras don’t end up pulling any video (or screen shot now) upon loading all the thumbnails. Really bad update and I’m going to have to see if I can go back to the previous update somehow. Almost unusable. ### 5/5 — Easy to use, nice features *2026-05-29* It’s great that you can share video. Unfortunately, most of the time it does not work at all. We were told the phone/web version was problematic, but I didn’t expect it to be this bad. We’ve had the system for a little over a year, and it feels like the app is getting worse, not better. I’ve been trying all day to access my cameras and the app won’t load. I can’t see what’s going on the cameras. I’ve reach out to our tech support and they’ve told me it’s an on going issue with IPhone users and the app. It’s been several Months and I thought maybe there’d be an update by now and this would stop happening. I was told I can go on the website and watch which would be great to do from my phone, except then it just wants to redirect me to the app which doesn’t work most of the time. It simply just keeps loading, and then there are exclamation marks on each camera. Is there anyone working to resolve these issues ?
