I used this chat-like service to change the date of my tickets, and did it in a matter of minutes, as they were really supportive and responded really fast. This will cost several hundred more dollars to book directly with the ferry operating company. ### 1/5 — Don’t use- book direct *2026-03-29, version 5.0.4* Didn’t get offered the lounge as an option which our travel buddies did when they were booking direct with Brittany ferries. can’t upgrade which is odd as most companies desperate to sell you more. Can’t communicate with the companies ! Just dreadful to deal with and no customer support after care. ### 1/5 — CON ARTISTS!! *2025-11-04, version 5.0.2* CON ARTISTS!! I clearly put my destination port on my booking, like you would when booking a flight etc, only to find after I paid & when I received my booking details they had changed the port from Belfast to Larne!! I got in touch immediately to ask why this happened & asked them to change it… they wouldn’t refund or change it.. just a way of scamming people! £160 of of pocket & all they said was they always list alternative routes! So if I put in my booking days & destination to one place, they show you another that’s 9 hours away!!! Insane. Not only that, wont refund or change minutes after booking & taking your money… I will be contacting trading standards! ### 1/5 — Beware!! Tourist Gougers *2025-08-30* I requested a change of port of departure and they quoted me $70 for the service. The tix were only $100, it was a month out, and it only cost $10 to cancel them on the app. Don’t give your money to an organization that will take advantage of you! ### 1/5 — Booked ferry. App doesn’t work *2025-08-18, version 5.0.2* When you make a reservation a q code shows up. “Scan the QR code to automatically add your booking to the app”. Nope. Doesn’t work. No way to put my reservation on my phone on the app or in wallet. Need to print a hard copy. ### 1/5 — Very buggy. *2023-09-14, version 4.0.6* Etickets get constantly deleted and you’re required to check in again and again. I wouldn’t rely on it in future ### 2/5 — Buggy? Poor service? Both? *2020-03-13, version 2.3* The more recent updates have been full of obvious bugs such as bookings disappearing and more recently support tickets just vanishing from the account. I’ve created 4 tickets to request a cancellation and refund and although a couple lasted long enough to get a response (and agreement to cancel and refund), all 4 eventually vanished randomly without any explanation or feedback. Leaves me wondering if it’s a person making the support ticket disappear (to preserve revenue) or whether the app has bugs causing the support tickets to disappear. Also, the message input on support tickets misses spellcheck and correction options on the iPhone. All in all, a poor experience.
