It doesnt let you cancel free trial within the 3 days. You cannot contact customer support. Payment goes out then you can cancel app store not the app itself do not download **Developer response:** Sorry for the frustration. That's not the experience we want anyone to have. We did add a way to contact support in our most recent version, but clearly it isn't easy enough to find. We'll look at shifting the layout so it's more obvious, and we're also working on shortcuts so you can manage your subscription right from the app instead of digging through Settings. The app started off a little rough but they seem to be making updates frequently and it’s getting better. They have a bunch of features grouped into one app. ### 2/5 — Cool concept, doesn’t work *2026-07-12* I downloaded Opengolf excited to use the planning tool. Sadly, of the 30 courses near me I was unable to use that tool. **Developer response:** Thanks for giving Opengolf a shot, and I'm sorry the planning tool didn't work for the courses near you. I get why that's frustrating. We're actively working on improving course coverage, and we're getting a solution in place.
