It’s being advertised as a method for you to get ahead and plan for your anticipated move-in date (if beyond the typical 30 days out), but in reality there is no verified postings, lease expirations, or unit information on these listings that confirm unit availability; furthermore, the app artificially manufactures “scheduled viewing” windows to offer you, when in reality you’re simply messaging with their chatbot and never fulfill any tours or further conversation. It’s just a gimmick and not a productive means of “getting ahead” on your apartment search as advertised.
