In Safari, YouTube links open in the desktop version (youtube.com), which does not seem to be supported by the extension. Because of this, I have to manually request the mobile website (m.youtube.com) for the extension to properly redirect me to the YouTube app. As a temporary solution, I turned off “Request Desktop Website” for YouTube in Safari.
