"Unable to download key" after 6 re installations and trying a different number through hotel support. Ended up getting physical key. Trash app.

We have  remove and reinstall the app multiple times a day.  It also requires re authorizing additional phones a number of times.  

Every time you step out and the door shuts you have to use the key again and then start all
Over again.
