Very incomplete app and forced to pay
Response from developer
Hi! Please cancel your free trial or request a full refund if your area is not covered yet. Our team normally responds to requests within 2 hours. We cover NY, CA, Florida, and many other areas, like Seattle, Las Vegas, Chicago, and Boston. We expand our coverage every week! If you'd like us to prioritize your area, please submit a request in the app or email support@openkitchen.app.
Great app!

Hi! Thanks for your review. We're glad you find OpenKitchen useful! Please let us know if you have any suggestions. Let's make OpenKitchen even better together!
Not accurate
Response from developer
Hi! OpenKitchen shows inspection records exactly as released by health departments. If a record looks off, please report in the app or email support@openkitchen.app. We take accuracy seriously. (Note for restaurant owners: corrections to inspection records are handled by your health department only. Once updated there, the app reflects it.)
Scummy forced payments
Edit (response to developers): A lot of people usually think an app that's free to download is free, maybe with ads, maybe with optional in app purchases, but even the apps that do try to force subscriptions usually have some way of letting you use it for free. I understand the server costs thing though, but it would be a lot less deceptive if the app itself costed money instead of being free to download in my opinion.
