J’ajoute aussi qu’il y’a un système automatique qui augmente les prix machinalement afin de ne pas pourvoir gagner l’enchère.

Very poor mobile application, many features are missing from the desktop version. 
I’ve won an auction for an Octavia, which didn’t had any minimum price, and after more than 48hours waiting for an answer, the seller reject my offer. 
It is a waste of time and money.

Just bought a car 1 month ago.. price was ok, and I paid in the 48 hours, like they asked. I picked the vehicule up after that. The car arrived but I still wait for the documents. It’s been 14 days since I uploaded the CMR and they had to send the document after this… they don’t know where the documents are and they can’t tell me when I will receive the documents.. very pure communication at the call center !

fix the stupid app! it literally doesn't work, when searching a vehicle i get errors crashing the whole app. before this, it used to show all cars as if the bid ended, making it impossible to click on them, but now the whole app just crashes

3. when you select “petrol” or “diesel” - you also get hybrids (which is exactly what I do NOT want to see),

No funciona la mitad de las veces. Se bloquea y por mas que resetees no arranca.  Hay veces que no aparece ningún coche de alguna marca cuando en la web hay. Es un desastre. Para buscar es mucho más fácil que en la web pero como no funciona es como si nada.
