Per l’acquisto del biglietto, In presenza di più tratte come Tassullo- Trento per chi non è del posto è complicato il metodo del “cancella la tratta che non vuoi”. Tra l’altro nello step di selezione della tratta non ho capito come visualizzare la mappa ( indicato nel messaggio in calce)

il biglietto che dura un giorno in realtà dura fino allla mezzanotte, non lo trovo corretto, soprattutto perchè nelle info del biglietto ce scritto che la scadenza è il giorno dopo alla stessa ora dell’acquisto, però a quanto pare non è così, sarebbe bene risolvere questa cosa, però il resto funziona

Vivi a Trento e uso questa app spesso per convalidare l’abbonamento.
Pessimo servizio. Ogni 2/3 giorni randomicamente si scollega il mio profilo dall’App costringendomi ad una inutile procedura di LogIn (utilizzando lo SPID, perché devo fare il Login con l’account dell’università).
Ho scritto al supporto dell’App e mi hanno risposto che ci sarà un aggiornamento “a breve”, mail arrivata il 29/11 oggi è il 10/12.
Aspetto e spero, ma vedendo la descrizione qua sull’App Store e vedendo che l’ultimo aggiornamento pubblicato era di 4 anni fa… sto iniziando a preoccuparmi che non lo aggiorneranno più solo, anche perché vedendo le recensioni non sono l’unico con questo problema.
In più, mi sembra che questa App sia di Trentino Trasporti, a quel punto mi viene da dire: ma non potete fare una unica App? Di TT non potete integrarla con “Muoversi in Trentino”?

Devo dire che questa non è’ la prima app per mezzo pubblici che provo, ma e’ l’unica con cui mi sono trovata veramente bene. Intuitiva, semplice da utilizzare e  ottima grafica. In più il servizio di assistenza è competente e rapido nel risolvere dubbi e problematiche.

Registration with Google doesn't work. E-Mail for registering directly is not being sent. App needs agws to load. When purchasing the credit card UI is completely broken for the input field on latest iOS. I somehow managed to register and still buy a ticket which took me 10 minutes and was in luck that the bus came late. This is horrible user experience, please fix your app

App sicuramente molto valida, subito si riesce a comprare i biglietti. Peccato però che ultimamente non si riesce a far nulla… lentissima! Se ti ritrovi all ultimo lascia stare… peccato!

Pratica, comoda, veloce… utile anche a calcolare i percorsi, i tempi e a indicare gli orari precisi e le diverse alternative. Consigliatissima!

ottima per gli universitari, peccato io abbia eseguito il pagamento per l’abbonamento ancora giorni fa e sebbene su esse3 risulti andato a buon fine, ancora non ho modo di inquadrare il codice qr, continuando così ad acquistare biglietti su biglietti pur avendo già pagato. 
ho espresso il problema all’assistenza per ben due volte e ancora non mi ha risposto nessuno.
