I have tried various options given to me but still on my iPad it will not work. It does not even give me the option in the App Store to download and I had to do it through my safari app. I wondered if this was the reason I am having problems? ### 1/5 — Don’t forget your password *2018-05-09, version 1.6.0* This app was brilliant until I forgot my password. Haven’t been able to access records in over a month now as the password reset function doesn’t work and despite numerous attempts with the help of customer support it still won’t work. Not impressed. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App waste of time *2022-01-01, version 1.16.0* I have just downloaded this App to view my mums care record as I am not happy with the record keeping of the carers and after signing up and registering my location it keeps telling me that the QR code has failed as it does not recognise my location. The care agency won’t email or print a copy for me and says I have to use the App. I’ve told them it fails so I’m now unable to view my mums care. A complete waste of time and not worth downloading. ### 1/5 — Utter rubbish *2021-12-24, version 1.16.0* Freezes and denies access constantly not what you need when trying to deal with a sick patient : back to a hand written record ### 1/5 — Not working well *2021-12-10, version 1.16.0* Rubbish, sold a service that comes with monthly fee not with it but no option to shop around. App keeps freezing only solution seems to be to uninstall and re install it. Spoke to support at Pass and they suggested I uninstall and reinstall. Doing that 4 times a day if I want to check notes after every visit! The company that provides my mums care told me after I tried opening conversation and leaving notes that they do not monitor the system so it is not possible to communicate with them. But even if I could read the carers notes after their visits it might seem worth the money but currently it’s useless. ### 1/5 — Constantly Freezes / Crashes *2021-09-11, version 1.16.0* I have to switch my iPhone off and back on again to see the notes for each visit as it freezes each time when either updating or logging out. There’s information you can’t see so still have to login on a web browser to see that information (there’s also information you can see on the app that you can’t see on the web browser). So I have to login to both the app and web browser to get a full picture. Doesn’t show the latest visits unless you go out and back in again. Doesn’t show live visits either - you only see them after they’ve finished. It’s so pathetic for such a big company, they should be embarrassed for releasing such rubbish. ### 1/5 — Frustrated Carer *2020-08-22, version 1.12.0* The worst app I have encountered. I wouldn’t give it a star but it was required to be able to write my comment. I have been trying to gain access as a carer for months to no avail. How can this company be allowed to sell software packages that don’t work. ### 1/5 — Keeps freezing *2020-08-16, version 1.12.0* I was advised to download this app from my mother in laws care provider. Every time I refresh the page it freezes and I have to delete the app and download it again to see any updates . Please fix the bug. The app has been better over the last few weeks. Everything there at a glance! ### 3/5 — iOS 18.4 bugs *2025-04-04, version 1.18.3* This is not an easy app to design. The developers haven’t done a bad job here. I’ve seen both the Customer end (Carers) and the Client end (Patient and family) and given the task complexity it’s relatively well laid out. It’s not the easiest to understand on the client side and some work should be done on that- happy patients and families make the Care Companies lives easier after all. My biggest gripe would be the inability for the patient/family to record anything to the main record eg urine output/Bowel movement/ high temperature/ Hypo etc Nor to be able to see what was recorded against these on a care visit readily as this would greatly assist handovers- these situations are mostly a shared endeavour between family and the carers! There is a bug in messaging on iOS 18.4 rendering the messaging platform unusable. Update please!! ### 3/5 — Password login still an issue *2023-11-09, version 1.18.2* I can see old negative reviews for which most complaints appear to have been fixed. But why do you still have to log in with a password every time? Requested 24/7 access away from the home but this has never happened and no one at the care company seems to know anything about it. Great app. ### 2/5 — Works, but very basic. No frills *2022-02-07, version 1.16.0* I use this app to keep an eye on my Mum’s care, it’s good to know what time her carer came and to read the notes. The app works but the pull down to update does nothing. You need to close and log in to the app every time you want to use it.
