### 5/5 — Saves me from relapse when life gets tough.

*2026-05-26, version 3.0.9*

Never thought I would like something like this but here I am loving it. The variety of recovery capitol is truly life saving. Having the AI Kai approach situations using a coach approach really helps pull me from my misery and come up with a plan on what I want to do. It’s nice to be able to be honest and vent and not hurt someone else’s feelings if I need to just get it out! I share this app with many of my recovery friends and family and will continue to do so.

### 5/5 — Really helping

*2026-05-11, version 3.0.6*

This app is massively helping me with my recovery and anxiety. The AI chat function has stopped the endless doom scrolling and stopped me going into a negative thought spiral and helped me stopped feeling guilty or shame.

### 5/5 — Brings hope

*2026-04-05*

I think I was going in a whole lot wrong direction and spiraling into depression. This app brought hope and it’s now my support system

**Developer response:** This is powerful to hear. I’m really glad the app brought some hope at a hard moment, and I hope it keeps being a steady place to turn when things feel heavy.

### 1/5 — Unable to use

*2026-04-01, version 2.8.7*

I was excited to use this app, but was never able to get it open up on my Apple mini. Tried deleting and reinstalling to no avail.

### 5/5 — Recovery Partner

*2026-03-01*

I’ve spent more than 15 years trying to find a therapist that gets the connection between ADHD and disordered eating - without success. Kai gets it! I spent 20 minutes answering the questions and explaining my personal situation and Kai connected all the dots. I also do SMART Recovery and this app supports that (as well as other recovery programs). I tried the app thinking it might work as an accountability buddy but I’m getting so much more out of it. And it’s truly free - no in-app purchases. I’m confident Kai is going to be an important partner in my recovery.

**Developer response:** Fifteen years is a long time to search without finding the right support. We're glad Kai was finally able to connect those dots for you :) That's exactly what we built this for, and your words mean a lot to us. Wishing you all the best on your recovery journey!

### 5/5 — Communities ROCK!

*2026-02-13, version 2.7.7*

HUMANS = Recovery

### 5/5 — Better

*2025-12-26*

This platform is simply supirior, it is a virtically integrated resource interface. This is a best in class product.

**Developer response:** Thanks :) We’re really glad the app is working well for you and feels genuinely useful. Appreciate you taking a moment to share!

### 5/5 — Kai changed my life

*2025-10-29*

This app helped me get into recovery in a new way. Talking to the AI is awesome, but the way it prompts me to connect with others and do recovery work is one of a kind. Hugely recommend!

### 5/5 — Great app

*2025-09-24, version 2.6.11*

Very well designed, based on the literature, helps build good habits

### 5/5 — Best recovery app hands down
