Late one night, two men who looked like thieves opened the door of our store with their mobile phones. It seems that any email address can be registered and entered into our system at will. So, the police came at that time. I don’t understand why strangers can open our door at will. Thank you ### 2/5 — Won’t stay logged in *2024-09-28* It used to keep me logged in for weeks and sometimes even months before making me log back in again. I even have “remember me” thing checked but now it logs me out if I don’t use the app within the last 5 minutes and maybe not even that long ### 2/5 — 3 years no bug fixes *2024-03-06* We keep having issues on two different iPhones one iPhone can’t set a PIN code for a user longer than 4 digits or select time setting per user. If they view any user it deletes removing all but the first 4 digits and unselects the selected time schedule for that user. This is makes it so managers can use the app at all. I can’t believe in 3 years you never issued a bug fix. Both iOS devices are current iPhone 14 and 15. We have seen this issue before and could never figure out a way to fix it. Reinstall the app or even Reinstall iOS does fix it. **Developer response:** Dear Customer, the Opensee only allows 4 digits user code. App is downloaded but it doesn’t show on my home screen and I need to open it from my App Store. Because App does not show on my home screen I cannot remove it to reinstall either and on the App Store it only shows with the open button and not the cloud button that would allow me to download it from scratch . I have an iPhone SE second generation. Follow up on prior review: Customer Service responded promptly and issue had been fixed.
