No real help and the website is difficult to get help. Cannot speak to anyone to help or to resolve a matter. Don’t fall for other providers tricks when they say they’ll escalate your issue Be prepared to wait a month for installation and the only communication you’ll get is a sms for you to track your order and getting a different tracking number everyday This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and if I could I would give them 0 stars and if I knew before what I know now I would not take out fibre through Openserve. ### 1/5 — Worst choice ever *2025-07-11, version 5.18.0* Openserve is a mess. After the free trial all hell breaks loose, B numbers are duplicated, sales agents sign you up to deals you never agreed to, call centre agents will drop your call if they can’t answer you and the money you spent on prepaid vouchers will be lost. You will be left stranded looking for new providers. So I called the call centre only to be told that it was booked and don’t worry. Next day, I called back and they can’t find the appointment. Then she tells me no, it has been found, I am just too impatient?! But I have not received any sms or email confirmation of the appointment. So of course I’m going to chase them up. I’m sitting at home waiting Then she tells me actually I should be chasing RSAWeb not Openserve ?
