## What is OpenSim?

Buy prepaid mobile data for your next trip with OpenSim. Choose from our country and regional travel eSIM plans, purchase in the app, and manage your eSIM and data in one place.

OpenSim was previously known as Roaming eSIM.

CHOOSE DATA FOR YOUR TRIP
• Buy country and regional eSIM data plans.
• Choose a data allowance and validity to suit your trip.
• View your purchased eSIMs and follow the installation instructions.
• Manage your data and top up plans where supported.

GET STARTED
1. Check that your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked.
2. Choose a plan for your destination and travel dates.
3. Review its coverage, included services and activation rules before payment.
4. Follow the plan's installation instructions while you have an internet connection.
5. Select your travel eSIM for mobile data and follow the connection guidance for your destination.

KNOW BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Activation rules vary by plan. Depending on the plan, validity may begin at purchase, installation or the first connection to a supported network. Check the activation terms before you buy or install.

Top-ups are available only for supported plans. Coverage, network availability and speeds depend on the destination, plan and device.

If you keep your home SIM active, your home carrier may still charge for calls, texts or data. Check your phone's SIM and roaming settings before you travel.

Use your travel data for maps, messaging, internet calls, transport apps and other online services.
