This app has an incredible amount of information on resorts, conditions, weather, and links into many resort cameras and other feeds. I found myself referencing the app most of this past winter (first year using) after finding out about it from my skiing contacts. It is replacing another app that I had used for the past ten years or so. Just much finer level of detail and was accurate to what I saw on the hill. Seems like the go to app going forward - hope the developers can maintain the quality. Easy to replace this app with a Codex derived version. Meteorologists are generally inaccurate and very general. They provide no value. Let the replacement work begin. Pure greed drives this. Next it will be sold to a P/E for some insane multiple of recurring revenue. Joel you sold out. They change so frequently that planning around them is a waste of effort. The only accuracy comes around temperature. Slowly migrating all of the useful features away from something we were paying $90 a year for into something they want us to pay $180 a year for feels slimy and scammy. Especially when most of the map layers are re-skinned NWS products, and someone decided a few weeks ago to give the radar legend the most ugly and useless UI in the history of meteorology. ### 1/5 — Ski Fomo Generator *2026-03-22, version 7.4.2* Guess everyone is a super sick pow chaser now. This app has lied all year just to drive revenue for it’s business partners. The snowfall prediction maps are garbage and basically suggest that it will always be the sickest conditions ever in two weeks. ### 1/5 — Not free *2026-03-10, version 7.4.1* They claim their service is free when the only free things offered (historical reports) are totally useless. ### 1/5 — Riddled with trackers *2026-02-25, version 7.4.0* This app is so infested with anti privacy trackers that it didn’t even load the initial screen. Thankfully my blockers worked. One day shows 40” coming and the next it shows 6”….then back to 40”.. then 0-1”. The inaccurate reporting models with AI are awful. For years it has been great, dependable and predictable. However, now that it has gotten expensive, it is useless. Don’t waste your $ until they start reporting accurately again. Oh, and the premium subscription I pay for has a premium premium option now.
