The OpenSports team are awesome and are always responsive and extremely helpful. Our players love the app too, they find it easy to find our sessions and book. Provides lees work for staff and more control over our wide variety of events, activities and memberships. If you want a app to do more than you expect then this app is for your Club. Talk about predatory app design. Tried to delete my account but they won't let me do that either. Needs lots of work ### 1/5 — Unable to Unlink CC and Account *2022-05-17* First off, this is a fantastic sports app. I’ve used it for three years with no hiccups until I had to get a new phone. Now the issue. If you sign into this app with 1 Facebook account, you CANNOT switch Facebook accounts. If you sign out, the app will prompt you to login with the exact same account. No way to switch accounts unless you wipe your phone. Yes I’ve tried deleting app data and iCloud caches. Second issue. If you directly add a credit card to your account and try to remove it, it will not allow you to do so. The account now requires 1 card at all times. Very poor security flaw. Third issue. I’ve reached out to support. No response. This app has great execution, but flawed design. I’ll gladly fix this review if the above points are addressed. ### 1/5 — Easy to use *2020-04-10, version 4.2.0* I used this app in order to pay for pickup soccer on a weekly basis. Overall it’s not bad for the user (I have no experience with this app as a group owner). The website can be hard to navigate but the app is straightforward enough to use - things like managing your account details, finding groups, paying are all easily found. The one downside, and it’s a big one for me, is there is no way to remove a card/payment method once you’ve entered in the details. I’d like to see the app be updated to include this functionality. 11/11/2019 UPDATE: after their big update they still haven’t added a way to remove a card once it’s attached to your account. 4/10/2020 Update: still zero ability to remove a card from your account ### 1/5 — Cool app, notifications need work *2017-05-14, version 2.0.24* App is a great concept, but in-app notifications can't be cleared ### 3/5 — Comps *2026-06-20* Would love to be able to do various comps via this app on the basis of people who are joining in and grade them and put various comps together where people can put the scores and it then keeps the count and see who the winner is. ### 3/5 — Constant preferences update request *2024-09-27* App works well but sends weekly messages to update preferences asking me “do I want to send push notifications?” When I’ve updated that the last 15 times. Impossible to turn off.
