This app is versatile and packed with useful features. I’ve tried many mental health apps and OpenSynapsAI is the one I keep returning to. It has everything from journal and mood tracking to art therapy, hypnosis, soundscapes, meditations, and community. You can either download ten different  wellness apps or just get this one! I’m very grateful, I’m having a wonderful experience. I love that it has tons of free features but the premium version is affordable. I highly recommend it!
