There was no way to add staff, did the online chat for help and got the run around. And quite positive it appears checked, and later find out later that the time in or out was not recorded. Unreliable app. Had to use this for work and coworkers had similar issues. I can log in, but no buttons respond. And I still don’t know why it’s always given me a warning about something in /var on every login. Please fix so I don’t have to use the website. ## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Works great! *2025-03-24, version 3.2.26* A lot of these reviews say it doesn’t always record clock ins or outs, but we have found that if you click clock in you must wait for the green checkmark to appear and then disappear. That means it’s done, if you close the app before this has a chance to finish it might not record the time. ### 5/5 — Excelent Custumer service *2018-05-02, version 1.2.23* Thanks !! ### 2/5 — New updates takes away a lot of functionality *2024-01-19* We have been using OTC for about 4 years and after this most recent update everyone is having problems logging in and the admin features have been removed from the mobile app. I think it’s time we move to a real time clock app because we are spending more time trying to get this to work than it is saving us in costs. ### 2/5 — Doesn’t always register clocking in/out *2021-09-19, version 2.1.8* I look like an idiot constantly thanks to this app. I clock in or out, I wait for the green check mark to confirm that it has actually loaded and registered the time, and then I close it out. The next day I get an email from my supervisor that there’s no clock in or out time for that day. I have started having to clock my time, wait for the check, close out the app, and then reopen it to make sure it registered for real. Half the time it didn’t. This app functions just enough to lull you into a false sense of security that it’s finally working right, and BAM—it’s back to not working.
