Seven days in. Quite enjoy the prompts every morning! Makes me think more deeply about some important questions. I look forward to seeing what’s coming down the pipeline and to adding new friends and family!

I have loved using OpenUp! As someone who loves journaling but doesn’t have a lot of time, OpenUp is my time to really reflect with one meaningful question. I can do it anywhere at anytime!

### 5/5 — Joined bc my friend asked me to, stayed because it’s like quick time journaling

I love everything about the app! I really enjoy checking in just a couple times a day. Because it’s so simple, I’m not brain rotting or wasting time. I’m also enjoying the more concentrated circle of friends— the ones I feel comfortable sharing these things with. It makes for a manageable timeline, unlike big social media apps. I’ve learned about my friends and have felt more connected to them from a distance, for sure. These are just things that don’t really come up to ask about, and it’s fun to do like a teaspoon of journaling with your buddies. My FAVORITE prompts are the kind of silly ones, though, like “what color are you today?”

We intentionally kept OpenUp simple so it feels grounding, not overwhelming! Just a small, meaningful pause in the day with people you trust.

And I’m very happy to hear the silly prompts are a favorite… we think those often open the door to the best conversations.

OpenUp has been such a fun and meaningful way to connect with friends!! So often we get caught up in our day to day lives that we don’t get a chance to have deep and meaningful conversations. This app has provided such a unique way to see into other peoples lives. It really makes you stop and reflect on your own life as well as others. 
I have loved adding this into my daily routine and look forward to see how my friends respond to the daily prompt.
