## What is OpenWearable?

OpenWearables is a companion app for compatible OpenWearables devices, including OpenEarable. It enables researchers, developers to connect to wearable hardware, configure sensors, view live data, record sessions, and manage firmware updates from a single mobile interface.

Use OpenWearables to:
Discover and connect to compatible wearable devices over Bluetooth
Configure available sensors and sampling settings
View live sensor values and charts
Record local sensor sessions for later analysis
Manage saved recordings and share files
Install supported firmware updates
Try example applications such as posture and heart-rate signal demos
