They claim they're going to relaunch on a larger scale, but if they do I certainly won't be trusting them with my money again, and you shouldn't either. ### 1/5 — Good idea but a failure business practice *2017-11-13, version 1.22* OPER is a third-party payment processing company that was based in St. Louis, MO. While the idea is great, the business model itself just could not thrive in this co petite market. I have been using oper for a while until couple days back, I was told by several local merchants who claimed that they have never received any reimbursement from OPER for months. As such reason, I will encourage to stay from the app/service until things get figured out. I tried to reach out the company by email, Facebook message and the phone a couple days back and have never heard back from them. Just be aware. I’m sure it’s a scam when they keep receiving money from the customers and not reimbursing the merchants.
