It seems some people have gotten confused - OPER is how you order and the restaurant is responsible for the food. OPER has 24/7 support though if you have problems with a restaurant or order. Their customer service is non existent and though I've called them twice I've yet to have anyone answer my calls or respond to me in any way. Additionally, all the reviews here are obviously fake. This app is not worth it when compared with competitors like postmates. My order reference number is 4938948. They claim they're going to relaunch on a larger scale, but if they do I certainly won't be trusting them with my money again, and you shouldn't either. ### 1/5 — Good idea but a failure business practice *2017-11-13, version 1.22* OPER is a third-party payment processing company that was based in St. Louis, MO. While the idea is great, the business model itself just could not thrive in this co petite market. I have been using oper for a while until couple days back, I was told by several local merchants who claimed that they have never received any reimbursement from OPER for months. As such reason, I will encourage to stay from the app/service until things get figured out. I tried to reach out the company by email, Facebook message and the phone a couple days back and have never heard back from them. Just be aware. I’m sure it’s a scam when they keep receiving money from the customers and not reimbursing the merchants. If you’re going to go out to eat anyway, why not get money back while doing it? It’s super simple to use and there are a lot of restaurants to choose from- giving one plenty of choices and options. I’ve been able to rack up enough cash back in rewards to use at my favorite hot spots by simply using the app when I decide to go out to eat.
