## What is Operation Cleanse?

Participants have achieved permanent weight loss and attacked the source of their chronic bloating, constipation, and fatigue – to name just a few of the symptoms Operation Cleanse can help you improve. Violet, a Columbia University Trained Nutritionist, and Indhira, a Holistic Health Coach, have combined their expertise over the past 10 years working with private clients at their centers, My Wellness Solutions, to bring you this app.

We created Operation Cleanse to deal with our own health issues. Indhira was overweight, unhappy and always trying a new diet. The result? The weight always came back. Violet struggled with issues like psoriasis, allergies, chronic yeast infections, and a severely compromised immune system.

It took us years to understand that our symptoms were not the problem – they were simply signs from our bodies letting us know it was time for a fresh start. Like you, we overloaded our bodies with toxic eating, toxic drinking, and even toxic thoughts. Operation Cleanse became the solution that allowed our bodies to finally heal itself. We decided to put that on paper, and now, it’s available to you in this app!

1) Shopping List
Create a shopping list using 100+ recipes from the Sugar Detox and Vegan Detox menu. Check off each item as you shop. Need to double your quantities for a meal prep or send your shopping list to a friend? You can do that too! New recipes added monthly.

2) Step-by-Step Video Recipes
Don’t worry about how to make cauliflower rice or savory zucchini noodles ever again. Simply watch our video instructions to become the master of your kitchen.

3) Education Videos
Receive the same tips the founders give to their private clients at their two centers in New York City. Learn how to maximize weight loss, improve your digestion, detox for fertility, and more! New videos added monthly.

4) Customizable Meal Plan
Create a meal plan and set your reminders to never forget a meal again. You can save, edit or delete meal plan - or, you can use the preset meal plans. 

5) Ingredient Substitutes
If you have a food allergy, simply search the ingredient substitutions list and customize your recipes. You can also make notes on each recipe.

The app is also available in English and Spanish. That includes the videos and downloads. You can also search by ingredient and tag your favorite recipes and education videos for easy access later.

You can buy these services, and the subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings or iTunes account settings after purchase.

The menu includes some healthy dishes that I’ve enjoyed. The notifications are helpful as well. Luckily, I’m local and able to supplement the app with in store visits. Great job!
