Never works, links don’t work and log in freezes. ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2024-06-01* Needs a lot of work. Midway through inspections the app will randomly log you out, stop working, or crash. Makes you go back to the not so good old days. I’m pretty sure the app developers are from Fiverr. It’s slow and takes forever to get anything done. Half the time it won’t open correctly. Needs massive work. ### 1/5 — Terrible Channge *2023-06-26* I don’t often feel the need to write reviews, but this update to Operative IQ deserves a statement. The original app used to be rather user friendly and quick to use in the field and administrative side. The new Front Line app has none of those attributes. It is nearly impossible to order supplies in the field and you aren’t even sure the amount you are ordering as it no longer shows the limits available to you. This app needs to be changed back or major fixes immediately for it to be a real “first responder” app. ### 1/5 — Missed the mark *2023-06-13* As I work for a large company that uses this produce. I hear from many people about their displeasure. It used to be efficient and user friendly and they have set it back to square one. It’s horrible. Not user friendly and as a company that has controlled substance logged into it the security is not adequate and it’s quite concerning. ### 1/5 — Not good *2023-06-07* I dislike it ### 1/5 — There is a disconnect *2023-05-28* This app has a serious disconnect between the apple and android version. The desktop version works better however this system has a long way to go! Trust me there are better operating systems and software that trump this system out of the water. Very user friendly and makes ops happy! ### 3/5 — Notifications *2024-08-15* I hate that there’s not a notification next to the app or like a number for an unread message (similar to a text message) sometimes I’m working and miss the banner pop up that I have a new notification and I go days assuming I have no new messages. However, this is in hopes that the app developer and operative Iq see this and work on a change. I primarily use apple, and the difference between my phone to my IPad are drastically different. On the IPad I am unable to choose between categories such as exterior and interior cabinets. Going into the various menu’s give me no options. Somehow the IPad version has fallen into some weird crack that does not allow it to do anything.
