### 1/5 — Keeps generating “Connection to Operoo failed”

Rubbish app.  

When opens wants to “register” device.  Entering email and valid password - app requires 4 (or more) digit code. Entered a code. Then goes to sign in and requests code. Enter code. Then app spits out “Connection to Operoo failed”.  This is repeatable. 

No help available in app or on Operoo website. 

Only way in is to “reset” password. 

Seriously ????

Obligated to use this app because my kids school uses it. But haven’t been notified of any updates/news from school because “Push Notifications” on devices (mobile/tablets) don’t work with this app. So I miss out on real-time very important news that the school may broadcast. Instead I have to log into personal email to get notified which is very inconvenient.
If I could give - star rating or no star rating I would but can’t and have to give the minimum 1 star rating

This app doesn’t work properly. It has never asked me about password after installation and to sign in is failing now stating Touch ID has failed while I have never setup any Touch ID. Does anyone can make a working properly app these days and why your app is now working properly?

I downloaded this app as I have to use this for my scout group. Tried to log in to view the members in my group and could not move a Cub Scout to the scout section. Used the chat function and after being directed to use tabs etc that did not exist was told that I need to log in on a computer to make any changes. So what is the point of the app if I can not perform the admin duties that I need to?

We switched our son out of a school that just adopted this app. Bad dated user experience. It feels like it’s an website from 10 years ago formatted for a mobile screen. Just switched to a school with Google Classroom and very happy with that platform.

The app won’t let me log in, I receive emails from them constantly but the app says that me email address  is incorrect.  I hate this app so much
