In effect, OPF froze the accounts of tens or hundreds of thousands of owners of previous-generation iPhone owners. Beyond inconsiderate! Folks like me who have older, perfectly fine iPhones aren’t likely to buy a new phone for $1,600 just to resume normal EV charging. There IS a solution, suggested by the language on the OPF diaplay on the pole on which the charger is mounted: “Or you can swipe card,” I suppose the same way ChargePoint has long done. Except that the inept OPF website offers no path to do place such an or even to speak to a live help desk staff to request cards verbally! ### 3/5 — Stops charging randomly *2025-05-14* Buggy. Stops charging midway. Stops at various levels - at 55%, 60% etc .
