This app had crashed on me sooo many times in 2 days!! Then I have to uninstall it and reinstall it for it to work for a couple more hours!! What is going on?? I like the notebook and the tablet however, it does me NO good if it keeps crashing 😒 I sure hope they get things worked out soon it’s so annoying

Simply put, while the app works most of the time, conversion of handwritten notes to text requires the App transfer your private notes to an online service. The app does not include a user privacy/protection policy, nor does it indicate an option to purge/delete your data.
