We are so grateful! Thank you! ### 1/5 — Checkout in the App Doesn’t Work *2025-08-21* OPIE is great but trying to place an order and checkout in the app is horrendous. Whenever you attempt to checkout on the app the order won’t go through, it’ll say the card failed/request timed out/can’t place order for some profound reason. I think the app is fairly user friendly, I order on my IPad. Obviously, there is a ton of products and a lot going on, but if I was not fairly experienced with apps, I think it would be difficult I know for my mom who is pretty savvy but elderly.
