Love this place. Ridiculously friendly staff, extremely satisfying convenience and all at a better price than other chains. I drive from James Island to go through the drive through here because it is that much more convenient and time saving than parking shopping and waiting in checkout. I also just found out they have snacks, coffee and fountain drinks in case you don’t order ahead (still only takes a minute or two for them to pick your order). Whenever you attempt to checkout on the app the order won’t go through, it’ll say the card failed/request timed out/can’t place order for some profound reason. I’d love to place an order and give them my business but their app literally won’t take my money no matter how I attempt to pay or how many times I add a card ### 3/5 — User Experience Ordering on IPad *2024-07-08* Hi, I like the company and service and availability! I think the app is fairly user friendly, I order on my IPad. Obviously, there is a ton of products and a lot going on, but if I was not fairly experienced with apps, I think it would be difficult I know for my mom who is pretty savvy but elderly. I was exhausted coming back from my trip after Thanksgiving and I needed a few things in the house. I just picked up my phone touched a few buttons 20 minutes later I had groceries in my car. I can’t tell you how grateful I am for the service and the employees are always A-plus!
