### 1/5 — Doesn’t let me take out ebooks

*2022-09-12*

### 1/5 — Crash

*2016-08-24*

Crash 24 7

### 4/5 — Great except for....

*2015-02-23*

It's a really handy app that makes my life a lot easier however I wish you could check availability details when a item is in your hold bin

### 1/5 — How about an app for a tablet too?

*2014-10-30*

It seems rather short sighted that a library that deals in books would not see the irony of their app being designed and written for a phone and not for a tablet. Considering that you can check out digital ebooks that could be read on a tablet.

So I'd give the library +3 for writing a sort of usable app but - several billion for not hiring a decent developer who could write a universal app that would auto scale itself to work with both the iPad and iPhone.

Please try harder next time or do we need to constantly harass to get the proper services that we need?

### 5/5 — Oakville Library App Very Convenient

*2014-10-15*

This app does everything you need, especially when you need to re-new at the last minute!

### 1/5 — Old IOS no longer Supported

*2014-07-09*

Unfortunately no longer supports IOS 5. It's not that old...

### 1/5 — Stuck

*2013-06-25*

No back button within the app to back out. I will have to delete and reinstall to get back home page. A big miss!!

### 5/5 — Well Done!

*2013-04-30*

This does exactly what it says and much more.

You can scan a book's ISBN code to find a title.

It has your card's barcode so that you can use your phone to check out items. (Say goodbye to those awkward times when you forgot your card.)

Find out the closest library to you using GPS, or select from a list. A map plots where you are and the library branch. It has all the phone numbers, addresses, hours, holiday closures, and even a photo of the front of each branch.

It gives you a browsing section where you can discover new or recommended titles. It has the Globe & Mail's Bestseller's list.

This is one well-thought out app. If you have an OPL card, use this app. You will not regret it. Five stars for a reason.
