Oplogic enables auto dealerships, that utilize the Wilson Technologies CRM, to view and interact with customers while not at their desk. Salespeople can view new leads and track sales. The core functionality includes customer driver license scanning and entry into the Wilson CRM using the device's camera. These photos are never stored locally on the device outside of momentary caching. Checking people in, setting up tasks, and just using it is makes my day so much more ineffective. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2024-02-06, version 2.8.15* app has always been awful.. uninstalled because it was easier to go to safari and log in and use the web version. Now they updated the web version of the site to now even allow you to work on your phone. The side bar takes up the entire screen. Tried the app again and it’s still awful. Absolutely terrible. Can not work remotely at all anymore. Great job ### 5/5 — Awesome CRM with excellent customer service *2021-04-05, version 2.7.0* I love this CRM. I always get someone on the phone when I call into support. No automated systems, just a real human in the USA! They are constantly updating their systems making faster, stronger and more reliable. Makes selling cars a breeze. I’ve used my fair share of other CRMs “VIN, DealerSocket, eLeads” and none of them come close to the support you get from Oplogic. I would recommend this CRM to any dealership that wants to improve sales and customer relations. You will never get VIN, eLeads, Dealersocket or any of them to complete your requests like Oplogic does. You never hear “that’s just the way it is”. ### 1/5 — WORST APP WORST CRM *2020-06-28, version 2.6.3* This is by far the WORST CRM system I’ve ever used in my 9 years of the car business. Can’t do the most simplest tasks and support doesn’t really know how to fix the issues either.
