## What is OPM?

OPM is a password manager built around one rule: your vault never
leaves your device. No account, no cloud sync, no analytics, no ad
networks — just an encrypted vault that lives on your phone, protected
by a master password only you know.

I created this app for storing my passwords in one place. It's now an habit for me to update the password
everytime I update it in any app or website.

If you want a password manager you can actually verify is private, not
just one that promises to be, OPM is built for you.

KEY FEATURES

- On-device AES encryption for your entire vault
- Master password protects every entry — nothing is stored in the clear
- Biometric unlock (Face ID / fingerprint) layered on top of your master
  password for fast, secure access
- Auto-lock after inactivity so an idle device is never left exposed
- Full vault management — add, edit, delete, and search entries
- Built-in password generator for strong, unique passwords
- One-tap clipboard copy for fast logins
- Encrypted backup and restore using the .opm export format
- No cloud sync. No account. No ad SDKs. Your vault is never transmitted
anywhere, by us or anyone else.

YOUR VAULT NEVER LEAVES YOUR DEVICE
Most "private" apps ask you to trust a privacy policy. OPM narrows that
trust down to one thing: your vault data, your entries, your master
password, your notes all is encrypted and stored locally, and is never
synced, backed up, or transmitted off your device. What's in your vault
stays in your vault.

YOUR MASTER PASSWORD, YOUR KEY
Your vault is encrypted using a key derived from your master password.
We never see it, store it, or transmit it anywhere because OPM has
nowhere to send it. This also means your master password can't be
recovered if you lose it, so choose it carefully and keep it safe.

BIOMETRIC UNLOCK, WITHOUT WEAKENING SECURITY
Unlock OPM quickly with Face ID or your fingerprint. Biometrics don't
replace your master password, they unlock access to a key that's
still derived from it, so you get convenience without a weaker vault.

BUILT-IN PASSWORD GENERATOR
Create strong, unique passwords for every account directly inside OPM,
so you stop reusing weak ones across sites.

ENCRYPTED IMPORT & EXPORT
Move your vault between devices or back it up locally using the
encrypted .opm format. Your data stays portable and stays yours.

WHY THIS MATTERS
Every cloud-synced password manager is a target: a server that, if
compromised, exposes every vault it holds at once. OPM removes that
target entirely. There's no account to create, no server holding your
vault, and no telemetry pipeline collecting data about how you use it.

Take control of your passwords with a manager built so your vault has
nowhere to go but your own device.
