Bien sûr ensuite, il n’y a aucun service à la clientèle. ### 1/5 — Scam renewals *2026-07-13, version 4.761* They would renew your membership and charge you without even asking or any notification. They already mentioned on first call they will explicitly ask for renewal and won't renew without my approval. Customer care won't refund you at all and you are stuck with a membership you don't want. Very bad experience. Never download it. ### 1/5 — Très déçu de l’application et du service clientèle *2026-07-08* Malheureusement je suis très déçu de l’application et du service client, je suis nouveau sur l’application, je l’ai installé pour réserver un vol pour moi et ma femme, je suis arrivé jusqu’à la dernière étape de la réservation après tant d’options qu’ils vous spamme, je vérifie pour la dernière fois le prix finale 349,63€ (un promo de bienvenue et réduction prime de 84,24€ sont inclus dans le prix finale 😁) je tape mes coordonnées bancaires 💳 et la comme des voleurs ils changent le prix et annule la réduction en toute discrétion 😳, je me suis pas rendu compte tous de suite, je tape sur le bouton confirmer et acheter, et la le piège se referme sur moi, je me retrouve avec une facture de 433,87€ contre mon insu. J’ai répéter le parcours pour voir a quel point le prix finale avait augmenté, c’était lorsque je tapait les 8 premiers chiffres de ma carte bancaire sans que rien ne laisse paraître que le prix avait augmenté entre-temps, une pratique malhonnête qui ressemble à de l’arnaque 🥲 (au moins ils devraient afficher une notification que le prix avait changé s’ils étaient honnête), je contacte le service clientèle pour leurs expliquer la situation et que j’ai dû payer 84,24€ de plus sans me rendre compte ils me disent qu’ils ne peuvent rien faire et que je devrais lâcher l’affaire (j’en ai vraiment la rage) ### 3/5 — Check in *2026-07-08, version 4.758* No online check in ### 1/5 — System errors and con *2026-07-04, version 4.755* I pay £100 odd pound a year for prime. Try and book a holiday and page keeps saying search needs refreshing when I’m trying to out my passenger details in. Just save your time and buy / book via other sites. ### 1/5 — PRIME Ryanair - danger! *2026-06-26, version 4.750* Dreadful experience. Avoid Opodo Prime. Saw a Ryanair flight cheaper on an introductory PRIME offer. Then was unable to verify it with Ryanair - despite hours on phone. Ryanair are suing them to stop this. Do not use to but Ryanair flights. Opodo would not refund me so I may have lost my money. Possible bug on new update ### 1/5 — Mr *2026-06-26, version 4.750* Opodo is a tricky company, they do some service to you and make you a prime member without asking you and try to change a ridiculous amount for this membership ### 1/5 — Terrible app, awful company *2026-06-17, version 4.744* I froze a return ticket to Japan and paid £20 for the service. The next day I went online to buy the ticket and it can only be done from the app. Logging into the app was a nightmare, with endless “an error has occurred” messsges and endless spinning wheels that go on forever. When I finally managed to log in, the ticket that I had paid to freeze was gone and there was a message saying that I will be refunded in ten days. I had told my girlfriend that I had a ticket and Opodo’s lack of professionalism and all round sloppiness is causing me disappointment and embarrassment. Great room, clean, very comfortable beds. Great pool with lots of sun beds and shade should you want it. Right on the beach with plenty of sun beds and the wonderfully warm sea. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back. The staff at the hotel reception where you have to check-in and check out was very nice and accommodating . The only issue - it really wasn’t clear what phone number to call or text for check-in, I had to spend some time and effort to call and Google. Easy to navigate too . ### 5/5 — Vacances en famille *2026-07-17* Très bon séjour au Geisum ! Pour le prix que j’ai payé, les prestations sont vraiment très satisfaisantes. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, les pieds dans l’eau, avec une belle plage et une piscine immense qui est clairement l’un des points forts de l’établissement. Tout le personnel est très accueillant, à l’écoute, serviable et toujours aux petits soins. Une mention spéciale aux équipes de la piscine et de la plage, qui s’occupent de l’installation des transats avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Un grand merci également à la personne qui s’occupe de la chambre. Le ménage est très bien fait chaque jour, et les décorations réalisées avec les serviettes sur le lit apportent une touche très sympathique qui fait toujours plaisir en rentrant dans la chambre. Concernant le petit-déjeuner, il faut garder à l’esprit qu’il s’agit d’un buffet à l’égyptienne et non d’un buffet continental européen. Vous y trouverez notamment des falafels préparés à la demande, des omelettes, des crêpes, des viennoiseries, des fruits, des légumes, des fromages… C’est varié et largement suffisant pour bien commencer la journée. L’hôtel est certes un peu vieillissant, mais il est propre, bien entretenu et la literie est confortable, ce qui est l’essentiel pour passer de bonnes vacances. Au final, c’est un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Si vous recherchez un hôtel de luxe ultra-moderne, ce n’est peut-être pas le bon choix.
