I believe you can't log in about every 6 months. Not a user friendly place with so many problems. I put this bank as a second bank because of the problems!

Every time I try and log in it gives me trouble. I will put the same user id and password in and it will deny it every time and then magically I put the same one it and it will take it. It’s very frustrating this is a major issue and almost makes me want to switch banks just for horrible banking app.

Updated awhile back and is very not user friendly versus other banking apps.  Please update to be better or bring back old app.

The two biggest gripes I have concerning this app are:

1. This app was designed to be used with cellphones, not tablets. I generally use my iPad to use this app and I usually have my iPad in a horizontal position on my desk so that I can view it like a desktop. Unfortunately, this app can only be used in a vertical position (not horizontal) which forces me to have to pick up my iPad and turn it vertically in my lap instead of having it on my desk. Why the software engineers of this app can’t figure out how to make the screen rotate in either direction is anybody’s guess.

2. You cannot login to this app using your thumbprint or fingerprint but instead it forces you to type in your password every single time you want to login. The entire app seems a little slow, and this is only one more way of it slowing you down.
